Our recruitment process consists of several stages: <br> • Initial CV analysis – once applications have been submitted via our website. <br> • Telephone or email contact to arrange an initial interview with our recruiter – if your profile matches the requirements of the job. <br> • Telephone or online interview with our recruiter – to find out more about your experience, skills, and expectations. <br> • Meeting with our client – your potential future employer.<br> • Decision and offer – feedback on the results of the recruitment.
We only process personal data necessary for the recruitment process, including: <br> • name and surname, <br> • contact details (e-mail, telephone number), <br> • information in your CV (work experience, education, etc.). <br>All data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and other applicable regulations.
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the consent you give by submitting your CV to the recruitment process. Pursuant to the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your data is stored for the period necessary to complete the recruitment process for the position. Once the process has been completed, we will delete your data unless you consent to its processing for future recruitment. In this case, we keep your data for a maximum of 2 years.
